Community Guidelines
Last updated June 2026
Vantara works because members trust one another. These guidelines set the standard for how everyone — applicants, recruiters, companies, and agencies — is expected to behave. Violations may result in content removal, warnings, suspension, or permanent removal from the platform.
01Professional conduct
Treat every member with respect. Vantara is a professional network, and interactions should reflect the same standards you would expect in a workplace.
Communicate honestly, represent yourself and your organization accurately, and follow through on commitments you make to other members.
02No fake accounts
Create only one account that represents the real you, your real company, or your real agency. Do not impersonate other people, businesses, or brands.
Profiles must reflect genuine identities and accurate work history. Fake, duplicate, or impersonating accounts will be removed.
03No scams or fraud
Do not use Vantara to deceive others. This includes fraudulent job offers, pyramid or chain schemes, fake placements, upfront-fee scams, or any attempt to obtain money or personal information under false pretenses.
If something seems too good to be true, report it. We take fraud seriously and act quickly.
04No harassment
Harassment, threats, hate speech, discrimination, and bullying are not tolerated. Do not target members based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, or any other protected characteristic.
Keep disagreements professional. Unwanted, repeated, or abusive contact is a violation.
05No spam
Do not send unsolicited bulk messages, repetitive promotions, or irrelevant content. Use messaging for genuine recruiting, deployment, and team coordination.
Do not post duplicate listings, manipulate the platform, or use automated tools to mass-contact members.
06No misleading job postings
Job and opportunity postings must be accurate and honest about the role, compensation structure, location, company, and expectations.
Do not post bait-and-switch offers, exaggerate earnings, hide that a role is commission-only, or list opportunities that do not actually exist.
07Reporting and enforcement
If you see content or behavior that violates these guidelines, use the report tools available throughout the platform. Our team reviews reports and takes appropriate action.
We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines or our Terms of Service. Visit our Trust & Safety page to learn more about how we keep Vantara safe.
