Vantara is built to be the trusted home for recruiting in the door-to-door industry. This page explains the systems and practices we use to keep the platform legitimate, safe, and secure for every member.
01Verification process
Companies and agencies can submit business information for review to earn a verified badge. A verified badge indicates that an organization provided details that were reviewed by our team.
Verification helps members identify legitimate organizations, but it is not a guarantee of conduct or outcomes. We continue to monitor verified accounts and may revoke a badge if standards are not met.
02Reporting system
Report tools are available throughout the platform on profiles, postings, and conversations. If you encounter a scam, fake account, harassment, or any policy violation, you can flag it for review.
Reports are confidential. Our team reviews each report and takes appropriate action, which may include warnings, content removal, or account suspension.
03Admin moderation
A dedicated admin team reviews reports, monitors for abuse, and enforces our Community Guidelines and Terms of Service.
We may remove content, restrict features, or suspend and terminate accounts that violate our policies or put members at risk. We act quickly on serious safety concerns.
04Data privacy
We are committed to protecting your information and using it responsibly. We do not sell your personal data.
You control much of what appears on your public profile and can update or remove information at any time. For full details on what we collect and how we use it, see our Privacy Policy.
05Platform security
We protect the platform with industry-standard safeguards, including encryption in transit, secure authentication, access controls, and row-level security that ensures members only access data they are permitted to see.
We continuously monitor for suspicious activity and abuse. You can help by using a strong, unique password, keeping your credentials private, and reporting anything that looks wrong.
