Yes. Recruiting data — applicants, notes, teams, offices, placements, contracts and analytics — is strictly company-private and protected by row-level security.
Can I bring my existing team?
Absolutely. Use Import Existing Reps to add your current workforce manually or via CSV. Reps can later claim their own accounts.
How does the trial work?
Company accounts start with a free trial. Invite codes from founders, conferences or partners can extend it.
