Terms of Service

Vantara is a recruiting and networking platform for the door-to-door sales industry, connecting applicants, recruiters, companies, and agencies.

You agree to use Vantara only for lawful recruiting, hiring, networking, and coordination purposes, and to comply with all applicable laws and these terms.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the platform.

You must provide accurate, current information and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your profile, work history, and any content you post, and for your conduct toward other members.

Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account or any security concern.

Companies are responsible for the accuracy of their business information, job postings, hiring claims, and verification submissions.

Companies must comply with applicable employment, advertising, and labor laws, must not post misleading opportunities, and must handle applicant information responsibly.

Agencies and independent recruiters must accurately represent the companies they work with and the opportunities they present.

Agencies are responsible for honest communication with applicants and partner companies, for respecting agreed scopes of work, and for handling applicant data responsibly. Agencies must not misrepresent placements, partnerships, or results.

You may not: create fake or impersonating accounts; post fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading content or job postings; harass, threaten, or discriminate against others; send spam or unsolicited bulk messages; scrape or harvest data; attempt to breach security or interfere with the platform; or use Vantara for any unlawful purpose.

You may not solicit users for scams, pyramid or chain schemes, or any activity that exploits the recruiting context to deceive others.

Vantara and its software, design, logos, and content (excluding user-generated content) are owned by Vantara Technologies and protected by intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the platform without our permission.

You retain ownership of the profiles, postings, media, and other content you submit. By posting content, you grant Vantara a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate and promote the platform.

You represent that you have the rights to the content you post and that it does not violate any law or third-party right. We may remove content that violates these terms or our Community Guidelines.

We may suspend or terminate your account, or remove content, if you violate these terms or our Community Guidelines, or if necessary to protect the platform or its users.

You may close your account at any time. Certain provisions — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law — survive termination.

Vantara is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Verification badges indicate that information was submitted for review; they are not a guarantee of any company, agency, or applicant. We do not guarantee employment, hiring outcomes, the conduct of any member, or the accuracy of user-generated content. Always exercise your own judgment before sharing personal information or accepting offers.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vantara Technologies and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the platform.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the platform will not exceed the greater of the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or one hundred US dollars.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Vantara Technologies is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree that any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. When we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
